INNOVATIVE RACK CONVEYOR DISHWASHERS

Thanks to the rack conveyor dishwashers of RX OPTIMA series, new efficiency goals are met.
The 3R PLUS three-steps rinse system, ensures considerable reduction of water consumption and unmatched quality results.
The reduction of heat losses thanks to walls thermal insulation, the heat recovered from the steam produced inside the machine (with option HDR), are some of the strengths of this series that claims an important reduction of wastages.
Their simplicity characterizes both the washing process and the daily cleaning and maintenance operations.
The wide LCD screen makes the access to operating functions easy and comfortable.
The IPX5 control panel, the rack-washing arms, the machine sanitization and the automatic drain options, make all the end-of-the-day operations much more comfortable.

3R PLUS TRIPLE RINCE

GREAT RESULTS, LESS WASTE AND MORE EFFICIENCY

The new 3R PLUS Rinse System is characterized by 3 subsequent rinse steps, two of which exploit the recirculating water, removing most of the detergent left on the dishes. Thanks to the differentiated nozzles and break tank system with dedicated pump, the water stream is always constant. The rinse pump equipped with inverter works to harmonize the rinse water consumption accordingly to the speed of the rack (min 0,45 L max 1L).
On top of that, thanks to the option HDR, the need of low temperature clean water used to cool down the prewash tank, is totally eliminated.

HDR - Heat & dryer recovery

MORE THAN A SIMPLE HEAT RECOVERY

The technology of the new optional HDR Heat Recovery + Dryer, leads to significant energy savings.
It exploits the heat otherwise dispersed in the working environment, to pre-heat both the inlet water and the inlet air, (respectively used to rinse and dry).
Room’s conditions are kept ideal.
Waste water temperature and installed power are significantly reduced.
With this option, the machine can be fed with  cold water, and the dryer works on reduced operating costs.
The HDR module can be linear, or on 90° and 180° motorized-arc (HDR 200, HDRA209M, HDRA218M respectively).

AUTOMATIC DRAIN

LESS WORK AND CLEANER WATER

At the end of the work session you can drain all tanks, by the touch of a key, with no need to remove overflows and dip into washing solution.
Thanks to dedicated motorized valves, one per tank, it is possible to selectively drain the pre-wash tanks, during the machine’s operations. This will ensure the continuous and balanced regeneration of pre-wash water without any waste, bringing immediate benefit to the next washing phases.
Moreover the automatic drain gives you the possibility to schedule the tanks filling and heating, giving the max level of comfort.

Not available for models with LC 90° corner pre-wash.

LC: 90° CORNER INLET WITH PRE-WASH
Only for models RX300 e RX360. Not available when AS prewash module is installed.
