After-sales technician

For organizational expansion, we are looking for our Castelfranco Veneto office for a:

POST-SALES TECHNICIAN

The candidate will be part of the AfterSales Service function, reporting to the Post-Sale Manager. The role involves providing technical support to customers via phone or email, developing the network of distributors and service centers in the service area. Furthermore, when necessary, the candidate will visit clients to provide technical support and deliver training courses.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate has the following requirements:

Technical training

Good computer skills and knowledge of main computer systems (Outlook, Office, etc.)

Good spoken and written English and French

Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad

Good customer interaction skills and interpersonal abilities

Problem-solving skills

Teamwork oriented

Employment contract: Full-time, Permanent
